Where is v20220126 dlc be released? I can’t it from other websites

when i try to install the DLC update a lot of “HeroGame\ontent\CriWareData\ja\VoPl01_AgencySelect.awb files not found” 13 of them and other stuff
i did install those but the game just loaded but did not open i do not know what else to do
